In view of the current fight to control the pest Tuta absoluta, commonly known as the Tomato Leaf Miner Moth, the Department of Agriculture is seeking to contract the above detailed services for the Maltese Islands.

Interested individuals/companies are to consult the Terms of Reference (available below) or else collect a copy from the:

Interested persons/parties shall submit their proposals, using the response form in the Terms of Reference, in sealed envelopes with the words “Surveillance and Enforcement of Tuta Absoluta” clearly written on top.  Proposals are to be delivered and deposited in the tender box at the Contracts and Procurement Section of the Ministry for Resources and Rural Affairs, Floriana by not later than 10.00 a.m. on  Tuesday 9th March, 2010. Late submissions will not be accepted.
